Once a payment is submitted, that week is considered booked — even if you are unable to use the space due to schedule changes, personal issues, client cancellations, or early move-outs. No credits or carryovers. Please manage your bookings and payments responsibly. This policy ensures fairness and consistency across the entire Élan Beauty Spot team.
